Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, sign in to Placetel, and enter your API key. Select Placetel as the operator in Bitrix24 telephony settings and configure lead creation and responsible employee rules.
The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only; free plan users can test during the trial and then upgrade. Placetel must be connected with SIP phone numbers, and the SIP application must be running for Bitrix24 connection.
