Filters: Period, Assignee, Assignee Department, Assigner, Assigner Department.

The tasks-in-progress and execution dynamics chart shows both volume and completion rate over time — so you can see whether the backlog is growing because input is high or because completion is slowing.

• I want to see which managers are overloading specific employees with tasks. Is that possible?
  

Yes — the "Who is assigning" pie chart and the assignment statistics table break down task origins by assigner. You can also filter by Assigner and Assigner Department.

• We have a feeling team execution slowed down after a process change but can't prove it. What should I look at?
  

The execution speed chart shows completion velocity over time. Compare the period before and after the change to see whether speed actually shifted.
