How it works

Connect your RingCentral account and use the RingCentral app to place and receive calls in Bitrix24. After each call, the system maps call details and recordings to the related CRM record.

Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.

FAQ

The integration is not connecting. What usually blocks setup?

Most often, the RingCentral plan does not include API access. Check plan permissions first; if API access is unavailable, use an alternative connection method such as a SIP connector.

Users expect to answer calls in Bitrix24, but there is no answer button. Is this a bug?

No. Calls are answered in the RingCentral app. After the call ends, details and recordings are synced to the linked CRM record in Bitrix24.

Why don’t call logs appear immediately after the call?

Call data is uploaded by a scheduler, so short delays are expected before logs and recordings appear in CRM.

This is the second version of RingCentral integration with Bitrix24 CRM. We added the ability to automatically connect the manager responsible for the call when the Callback CRM form is submitted. Also the app now handles call forwarding correctly. The errors of the previous version have been fixed, including the compatibility check of the user's RingCentral account with the requirements of the application.
